Internets, can I get a ruling on this? I saw this ad in the concourse and I thought, "Whut?"

I know it's supposed to be leaving vitamins for Santa but they are nondescript pills. It makes me wonder why Santa is so jolly. Also, is leaving pills out for someone else a good idea?
